What is the VWCC Alumni Association?

Mission Statement:
The Virginia Western Community College Alumni Association fosters a mutually beneficial relationship and interaction between the College, its alumni, and the community; and supports the College and the Educational Foundation in the completion of their mission.

Vision Statement:
As alumni, we seek to connect with the college community to recognize and foster the diverse talents and successes of VWCC graduates.

The Alumni Association is governed by the Virginia Western Alumni Council and operates under the auspices of the Virginia Western Community College Educational Foundation, Inc.

Joining the Virginia Western Alumni Association is easy - and it's only $10.00 a year, with $5 going to support the Alumni Association and $5 going to the Virginia Western Alumni Association Book Scholarship, which provides textbook support for a current Virginia Western student.
